Opportunity: Creative Marketing and Development Assistant (Hired!)

FREELANCE OPPORTUNITY – 6-month contract with review for extension  Creative Marketing and Development Assistant

20 hours per week Immediate start July 2023  

We are looking for a freelancer to take on a 6-month contract to support our developing programme of creative business support and community programmes at The Old School House, Boscombe. The position will provide support for our Creative Marketing and Development Coordinator. We are looking for the right candidate to help our small team develop the Old School House in Boscombe, combining workspace administration, event programming and assisting in the communications strategy.  

The right person will have a knowledge of social media promotions, basic skills in design programmes and a good grasp of the local creative scene to support the development and management of our programme of courses, events and workshops, training and a start-up scheme.  

The post holder will also oversee the front of house, day-to-day administration of bookings and hires and looking after the co-working space and building.  

Fee: £6,500 6-month contract 20 hours per week
