Recreate Dorset, formerly Bournemouth 2026 Trust, is a Community Land Trust and a Development Trust. The Trust’s Vision is for a sustainable Bournemouth which has thriving, inclusive communities in which all groups have a voice. The Mission is to make a lasting and worthwhile difference to the overall quality of life in Bournemouth.
The Trust previously provided funds for projects and activities across the conurbation which supported community development and regeneration. Details of previous projects can be found at the

Currently the focus of the work of the Trust is the provision of shared ownership properties for low income families in Boscombe and the delivery of workshop space, training and employment opportunities.
The Trust provide 11 shared ownership 2 and 3 bed properties in Gladstone Mews in Boscombe. Owners own 65% of the properties and the Trust 35%. The Trust manages TOSH on the same site.
