Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s award winning Health and Wellbeing Participate Team works in acute and community settings, collaborating with individuals and groups to enhance wellbeing, and improve physical and mental health through the extraordinary power of music making.
In these weekly sessions (term time), join Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) Associate Musician, Sam Mason and BSO Music Leader, Ed Lee, to listen to, create and play music alongside other people in a safe and supportive environment. No musical experience needed - if you have an instrument bring it along, whether you know how to play, or not.
Sam aims to inspire and engage in all areas of her work, giving people confidence to express themselves through music and the arts.
Free to attend, no booking is necessary, drop ins welcome. Just come as you are, and we’ll be here to welcome you. Wifi and charging points are available.

In July 2025 the Boscombe Awesome Noise Group (B.A.N.G) performed a setlist of original songs, original compositions, and arrangements in The Orchard Garden at TOSH, as part of our Community Garden Party Celebration! The set list was as follows:
