A peaceful art workshop where you'll relax into creating your very own beautiful Tree Of Life (with affirmation cards) while gentle Solfeggio frequencies play softly in the background to offer healing and cleansing energy.

Following a brief introduction to the Chakra colours and meanings, you'll experience the calming enjoyment of using watercolours to paint your tree, with my guidance and assistance wherever needed.

We will also draw from areas of your life to will help with adding positive affirmations to your tree's leaves.

This workshop will provide you with a wonderful way to self-express your thoughts and emotions and release a positive wave of artistic energy.
