Join us for our monthly Ask An Artist sessions, part of our OSC (Open School Creative) programme.
This time, we'll discuss all things portfolios with Cora Clarke - a community artist based in Boscombe. With a background in illustration and animation, Cora uses visual arts to help people to tell their stories - especially those we don't often hear from.
Over a coffee, we'll chat with Cora and explore:
And if you fancy - you can take the opportunity to share your own portfolio for gentle feedback.
Open to all creatives at any stage. Whether you're looking for tips, reassurance, or just a space to connect with others figuring it out too - come along! No need to prepare anything in advance (although you are welcome to), just bring your curiosity and we'll bring the cuppas....

About OSC
Open School Creative is a collaboration between BEAF Arts Co and TOSH (The Old School House) to support our community of artists and their artistic development at all stages of their career. OSC events and workshops are for artists interested in collaboration, skills development, community and networking.
Getting to us at TOSH
If you are coming by foot or by bus, take the M2 bus and get off near Boscanova if coming from Southbourne, or the stop after Aldi if coming from Poole and Bournemouth. If you are coming by car we would recommend parking in the sovereign centre car park.
Pokesdown for Boscombe train station is a 15-20 minute walk to TOSH, along Christchurch Road, cutting into the residential roads to get to Gladstone Mews.
TOSH has accessible toilets and kitchen facilities. If you have any access needs you would like to let us know about, please feel free to email us: contact@toshspace.co.uk
