This five-week course introduces the foundations of Qigong, an ancient Chinese movement and meditation practice that helps you feel more grounded, relaxed, and alive.
Each week, we’ll explore one of the Five Elements or phases as they are also called: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, through simple movement, breath, and stillness. These elemental qualities offer insight into the natural rhythms of life and how to move through them with more ease.
Whether you're completely new to Qigong or looking to reconnect with your practice, this small and supportive group setting will give you time and space to tune into your own rhythm.

This course is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive. Early booking is recommended.
