Qigong is a gentle yet powerful Chinese movement and meditation practice that supports energy flow, balance, and wellbeing. In this friendly, community-focused class, we explore simple movements, breathwork, and moments of stillness - no pressure, just space to move, breathe, and be.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to Qigong or returning to a practice. The group is small, supportive, and open to all levels.
