If you’ve not been before then pop along and give it a go! We are a really friendly group who love to start our week off with a bit of a shake out.

If you can make it to the venue ,then you can participate - whether you’re standing up or sitting down you can join in.

There’s no experience necessary, just come as you are and tap a toe or shimmy a shoulder.

Everyone is welcome, we move with no expectation or agenda just to get curious and play!
