We are a really friendly group who love to start our week off with a bit of a shake out. If you can make it to the venue then you can participate, whether you’re standing up or sitting down you can join in! If you’ve not been before then pop along and give it a go…

There’s no experience necessary or any expectations - just come as you are and tap a toe or shimmy a shoulder!
