Dani will guide you in focusing on breath and asanas (postures) helping you to understand the fundamentals of yoga by guiding you through yoga poses. You'll take away an understanding of the benefits and modifications of postures and what they are meant to look or feel like as well as working with the breath and relaxation. By the end of the session you will feel more confident about what yoga is, and perhaps feel stronger, calmer and more flexible too!
Limited free parking is available onsite, or at ‘The Sovereign Centre’, £1.00-£2.00 to park and a 2 min walk.
There are 8 spaces for students per class.
Please bring a yoga mat (if you don't have one, please let me know), water and wear stretchy, comfy clothes. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the session.
The venue is fully accessible and is COVID19 secure, you will need to wear a face mask on entry unless exempt.
