Keen to try yoga but feel nervous about going to a studio or class?
Do you consider yourself tight, old or weak?
This friendly class gives you the opportunity to open the body and clear the mind whilst building flexibility, stamina and strength.
Dani will guide you in focusing on breath and asanas (postures) helping you to understand the fundamentals of yoga by guiding you through yoga poses. You'll take away an understanding of the benefits and modifications of postures and what they are meant to look or feel like as well as working with the breath and relaxation. By the end of the session you will feel more confident about what yoga is, and perhaps feel stronger, calmer and more flexible too!
Sessions are £7.00 per class.
Limited free parking is available onsite, or at ‘The Sovereign Centre’, £1.00 to park and a 2 min walk.
There are 10 spaces for students per class.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and wear stretchy, comfy clothes. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before.
