We will practise asana to both bring heat to the body through dynamic postures and movement, as well as clearing, cleansing twists and breathwork, mobility and stability. We will work on all levels in an integrated way(body, heart, energetics and psyche) to ensure the sessions are a vibrant source of nourishment, supporting capacity, receptivity and resilience.

All are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary.
