Creative Marketing and Development Coordinator

Maternity Cover 6 months minimum contract from July/August 2022.

£20,000 pro rata, 20 hours per week.

Some evening and weekend work required.

Flexible working and some remote working possible (otherwise Boscombe based).

Are you comfortable working in a creative workspace and want to have a role in creating a new programme of events for the wider community? Do you love connecting with people and have a passion for communicating to sell the message? Are you able to use your skills to promote the facilities, bring in new creative businesses and generate more hires for our spaces?

We are looking for maternity cover for our Development Coordinator position, to work with our Director to develop TOSH, combining workspace administration, event programming and assisting in the communications strategy.

The right person will have a knowledge of social media promotions, basic skills in design programmes and a good grasp of the local creative scene to support the development and management of our programme of courses, events and workshops, training and a start-up scheme.

Alongside the developmental role, the post holder will oversee the front of house, day-to-day administration of bookings and hires and looking after the coworking space.
